Paraguay to Constantinople
October 24, 1879

A neat little cover postmarked in Asuncion, Paraguay.
The Turchia (Turquia in Spanish) endorsement is for Turkey.*
The penciled '30' would suggest that it was not prepaid.

There are two stamps to the left of the cover associated
with the post office in Asuncion that need to be explained.  Can anyone help?

Constantinople was the capital of the Ottoman Empire.
What appears to be a receiving mark is unreadable.
