October 16, 1864

I really can't add anything about this cover
except to note that the stamp is the perf 12½ 10k 1858-64 Coat of Arms issue (Scott 8)
and that it was postmarked St. Petersburg.  The destination was Warsaw, Poland.
but it was so attractive that I thought it ought to be a "freebie."
