This souvenir cover  was sent from Montreal to Wooster, Ohio.
There are two Montreal duplex handstamps.

It was flown on the Montreal-Chicago segment of the Good Will Tour
of General Balbo's Italian Flying Armada in conjunction with the 1933 Chicago World's Fair.
The cover bears the diamond cachet of the International Airmail Society.
The cover is signed by pilot Luiga Questa.
The cover has a 1967 Diena certificate.

The cover is franked with a 1932 3c. deep red King George V (Scott 197)
and a 1933 5c. dark blue commemorative for meeting of the Executive Committee
of the U.P.U. in Ottawa in May and June, 1933 (Scott 262).
