This postal card was sent from Budapest after being uprated for its trip to Bern.
There are two bridge CDS from Budapest as well
as a similar CDS on arrival in Bern two days later.

The person who applied the receiving mark was right-handed.
This surmise is based on how a right-handed person would order a
bunch of mail so that the receiver would be in a blank space on the item.

The message appears to be a preprinted order confirmation.

The stamp was a 2 krajczar red violet Crown of St. Stephen
with a black numeral from the 1888-98 issue (Scott 23).
