This is a SCADTA (Sociedad Colombo-Allemana
de Transportes Aereos) cover
dispatched from Esmeraldas on the coast of Ecuador northwest of Quito
to Cartagena, Columbia, on the Caribbean coast southwest of
Barranquillo.
It is franked with two 5c dark brown President Urvina of 1928 (Scott
209)
and one 1929 1s rose Quito Cathedral issued by SCADTA (Scott C18).
The stamps have been cancelled with two strikes of the SCADTA CDS.
Judging by the corner card and the addressee, it appears to have
been internal correspondence of a firm called Vicente Gallo.
